Our founder, Robert Courts, grew up in Greensboro, N.C., and moved to Raleigh in 1986 to attend North Carolina State University. While at NCSU, Robert started his banking career in the collections department with NCNB. Shortly after graduation, he was promoted to the bankruptcy department. Realizing that the corporate banking world wasn’t for him, he joined Anchor Financial Group, working his way up to vice president.

In 1998, Robert opened Integra Mortgage, and he remains committed to providing unmatched customer service and industry expertise.
